Planning a field trip? Penn's Cave is a fantastic choice for class field trips for students in any age group. You'll be entertained, as well as educated, when you see the cavern by boat; take a ride on the wild side through the wildlife park and farm; and pan for gems at Prospector Pete's Gemstone Panning. Your students will have the opportunity to learn about geology, biology, geography and agriculture...while having fun!

Discounted rates are available for all tours as well as gemstone panning if the group numbers 20 or more persons. Advance reservations and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit (deducted from the final amount due) are required for all groups of 20 or more. Free use of picnic shelters/areas are extended to school & scout groups (based upon availability). Each group must have a minimum of one adult for every 20 students while on the tour(s) and inside the gift shop. One complimentary teacher admission will be given for every 20 paid persons. The person acting as group leader should purchase all tickets upon arrival at the Visitors Center Ticket Counter.
