Mountain trails nestled in the beautiful blue ridges of Central Pennsylvania provide the perfect fall setting for the "No Roads Necessary" - Wildlife for Everyone 2012 off-road benefit event. During the weekend of October 19-20, 2012, Jeep enthusiasts and owners can attend an event offering over 35 miles of private trails and off-road obstacle runs here at Historic Penn's Cave. To even the most seasoned off-roader, this event will prove to be a one-of-a-kind unforgettable experience which allows Jeep owners and drivers of all skill levels to test their endurance and fuel their passion for spectacular exploration.

The Nittany Antique Machinery Show is held each spring and fall on the grounds of Penn’s Cave, Centre Hall, PA. Organized and operated by the Nittany Antique Machinery Association, Inc. of Central Pennsylvania, this event was founded in 1975, and offers visitors a unique opportunity to view antique farm machinery, steam and gas tractors and an exhibition of related equipment. Both shows feature a large craft and flea market, as well as a variety of tasty food venders, including home made ice cream and soups. Live demonstrations and entertainment are held daily during the show, providing something for all ages.
Non hookup camping is available on the grounds.
The spring show is held over a three day period.
The fall show is held over four days.
